1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using this website or Link OS you confirm that you are at least 18 and authorized to act for your organization. If acting for another entity, you accept these terms on its behalf.
The plan, commercial contract and statement of work, if any, supplement these terms and take precedence within their scope where they conflict.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for accurate information, protecting access and assigning appropriate roles. Each organization has an isolated workspace; accessing another organization or bypassing permissions is prohibited.
We may suspend access in cases of abuse or security risk while making reasonable efforts to inform the organization owner.
3. Acceptable use
Uploading malware, infringing rights, sending unlawful messages, collecting data without grounds, bypassing limits, penetration testing without written permission, or using AI for high-impact decisions without qualified review is prohibited.
Customers must follow the policies of Meta, Google, WhatsApp and any provider they connect.
4. Content and intellectual property
Customers retain ownership of their content and grant a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. Link retains rights in its platform, templates, methods and pre-existing components.
Ownership and delivery of commissioned creative work, usage rights and third-party licensed material are defined by contract.
5. AI and integrations
Automated outputs are suggestions and may be inaccurate; customers are responsible for review and approval. Provider names and fallback status are displayed when available.
An unconfigured connector is not connected. Changes to external APIs or provider account suspensions are outside our control.
6. Fees, availability and liability
Fees, taxes, billing cycles and cancellation are defined in the proposal or contract. No payments are collected in the local preview.
The service is provided under the agreed plan. To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service in the preceding twelve months, excluding liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Termination and disputes
On termination, access ends under the contract, export remains available for the agreed period, and retention rules then apply. Ownership, confidentiality and outstanding obligations survive termination.
The commercial contract specifies governing law and dispute resolution. In its absence, we will engage in good faith to seek a solution before formal proceedings.
