1. Controller and scope
Link Agency operates linkyads.com and Link OS. This policy applies to visitors, workspace users, demo requests and support enquiries.

2. Data we process
Account and professional identity details, organizations and memberships, and user-entered brands, campaigns, content, leads, projects, billing and support data.
Limited operational data includes masked IP addresses, security logs, browser type, request times and audit identifiers. Payment data is not collected before an official gateway is connected.
3. Purposes and grounds
Operating the service and fulfilling contracts, protecting accounts and preventing abuse, providing support, improving performance, and responding to contact or demo requests.
Organization content is not used to train public models without a separate, explicit agreement and appropriate grounds. AI output requires human review.
4. Sharing and processors
We do not sell data. The minimum necessary may be shared with hosting, storage, email, analytics, payment and customer-enabled integration providers, subject to appropriate protection obligations.
External integrations remain disconnected until configured by the organization owner and are then subject to the relevant provider’s policy.
5. Retention and deletion
Workspace data is retained by default for 365 days after the relationship ends, unless a contract or law specifies otherwise. Security and invoice records may be retained as required for compliance and dispute resolution.
Organization owners may request export or deletion. Backups are removed according to the secure deletion cycle and are only used for emergency recovery after a deletion request.
6. Security and rights
We use organization isolation, role-based permissions, audit logs, transport encryption, security headers, rate limits and multi-stage file checks. No electronic safeguard is completely guaranteed.
Access, correction, export, deletion or objection may be requested where applicable. We verify identity and authority before acting.
7. International transfers, children and changes
Infrastructure providers may process data in other countries under appropriate contractual safeguards. This professional service is not intended for anyone under 18.
Material changes will be published and the date updated. Where fresh consent is required, we will request it before continuing the relevant processing.
